Regulation 74 (5) of the Development Regulations requires that the person giving the above notice provide to council within one business day after giving the notice provide to council a completed supervisors checklist relating to the roof framing and signed by a registered building work supervisor who has undertaken required training. If you wish to provide the completed supervisors checklist, please attach the scanned/PDF document.
